My journey as a Christian began in my teens, and throughout every stage of my life – school, work, and beyond – I’ve been blessed with incredible sisters in Christ.
In every season and transition, we walked together and pulled each other closer to Jesus.
Now, we’re welcoming on a new, exciting chapter.
These are the sisters in Christ I stayed all night with to review for exams and endured through hell weeks.
They are the ones who I spent days thriving through struggles and hardships.
Still, they are whom I celebrated with when I graduated and had career successes.
But something’s shifted. Our conversations, once dominated by academics, careers, and church life, are now sprinkled with discussions of crushes, relationship standards, and dreams of future families.
It’s a beautiful, albeit slightly surprising, transition.
To be honest, I wish I can write more about this blooming chapter. But as I mentioned earlier, this new season is just about to bloom. Regardless, I am excited to see the plans of the Lord unfold for each one of us..
Disclaimer: Some of my sisters have already passed through this season. And some of us know that we have to wait longer than others.
Either way, I am profoundly grateful. For all the lessons we learned— yes, including our mistakes and wrong decisions, because it’s prepared us for this beautiful season of romance and courtship.
